Elena (Lennie) Villa is a litigation administrative assistant and trial paralegal to Dixie Dan Powell.  Lennie has 18 years of legal secretarial experience in trial preparation and litigation.  She is highly skilled in electronic document preparation and presentation.  She is a valuable asset to trial preparation, discovery, investigation and strategic planning in all phases of litigation and her duties are limited solely to litigation.  She was born in Fairbanks, Alaska; has traveled throughout most of the United States and has worked in the legal field in seven states.  She has a son who resides in Arizona and a son and three grandchildren who live in Tennessee, all of whom she enjoys visiting.  She is dedicated and devoted to each client’s cause.

Pamela Shahid is a medical administrative assistant to Dixie Dan Powell and professionally handles all pre-litigation claims.  Pam has a special attribute of client communication skills and is devoted and diligent in assisting clients with their claims.  She is highly skilled in medical records and billing and meticulous documentation of clients’ injury claims.  She is very motivated on behalf of the clients and is sensitive to their needs and struggles with their injury claim.  She is also a strategic planner and can recognize problems that could arise as a case moves into litigation.  She is a long-time resident of Okaloosa County and is married to one of the pioneer families of Northwest Florida.  She resides in Fort Walton Beach with her family.

Kimberly Tyler is a legal claims and litigation assistant to Mrs. Lacey Powell Clark.  A member of the firm staff for seven years, she is an expert client-attorney liaison and  spearheads all aspects of each client’s unique claim including settlement demand packages, medical summaries, balance sheets, pleadings, trial preparation and settlement disbursements.  Kim especially enjoys intensive legal research of Florida law to provide the utmost standard of excellence to all clients.  She is a lifelong resident of Northwest Florida, born in Fort Walton Beach and raised in Crestview.  She is a graduate of Crestview High School.  Kim is also a graduate of the University of West Florida with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Criminal Justice where her academic record earned her induction into Alpha Phi Sigma, the National Criminal Justice Honor Society.
