Lyla Peacock
Lyla is the firm’s Office Manager and Bookkeeper and has been with the firm for 40 years. She has over 43 years of legal experience. Prior to becoming Bookkeeper for the firm, she was the legal secretary to Gillis E. Powell, Jr. and to Gillis E. Powell, Sr., until his retirement. She is a lifelong resident of Northwest Florida and a graduate of Escambia Farms High School. She has resided in Baker for the past 45 years. She is married and has a son, two grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
